CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD SPEECH
The journey of one thousand mile starts with one step. So in order to develop our present time, we have to set forward a clear vision for our future. Our beginning was so simple in marketing one product but now we have a set of different trading activities as well as industrial ones based on solid principles AND application of the modern management systems for the groups and institutions that we are looking forward through not just only TO the local and regional expansion but also to the globalization on all levels of systems and management. Though the diversity of opinions and the difference of the proposals for developing the efficiency and styles of our group, we all AGREED ON one factor WHICH is considered the essential to the success or failure of the institutions. It is the human being or the human source.
The human being is the significant element in all of the different fields of work in the institution. He is the essential for the implementing or updating any development. He is the base for the success or failure of any plan or system. We are taking in mind our values that we ARE brought up upon AND that we brought up our big family UPON (the family of Binawadh Alnaqeeb Group ) AND all of its individuals. The investment of the human source is the main pillar for the success and progress of the the works. As our vision of the success is measured by the satisfaction of our customers and meeting of their needs and expectations. We are continuing in developing our performance to find the best and searching for new opportunities to increase our activities either inside the Republic of Yemen or in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We pray Allah for our group to continue its journey in the participation of our local economy and enhancement of the development for our generation and future society.At the end I can’t help saying that we have a clear insistence for building better future for our group through the way of continuous improvement and our interaction with our customers, partners and employees by providing high quality products and services.
